Blue Mountain Woodworking, Inc.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Blue Mountain Woodworking, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use and service for as long as the original customer owns the products. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal home use and service during this period. Replacement of drawer slides and or hardware items are subject to the availability from our suppliers.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, installations by purchaser or third parties, environmental conditions, on-site modifications, misuse, abuse, neglect or for cabinets used for commercial purposes. This limited warranty applies only to defects and does not apply to the natural aging or mellowing of wood and wood finishes, or normal wear and tear. Wood varies in characteristics, color and may show changes as it ages. Household cleaners, smoke, and sunlight may affect the color over time.

This limited lifetime warranty applies only to products made and built by us at our current manufacturing facility, the original consumer purchaser of the products and at the original site of installation only. Blue Mountain Woodworking, Inc. reserves the option of approving field repair or returning the cabinet or component to the factory for correction.

We exclude and are not responsible for any consequential damages nor for any incidental damages arising out of breach of any express, written or implied warranty which relates to our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The original purchaser agrees that any disputes regarding this warranty and warranty coverage hereunder will be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state courts for Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The original purchaser agrees to personal jurisdiction of these courts. This warranty is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to provisions regarding conflicts-of-law.

Blue Mountain Woodworking, Inc. will not assume, or authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of our products. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

*Painted Finishes can show evidence of slight crack lines at the joints in doors, frames and glue joints in panels. If improper humidity is not maintained after installation door panels will shrink. Panel cuts and end grains on edges may exhibit voids in the wood that appear as rough spots. We consider these imperfections normal for solid wood products and will not be considered for warranty replacement.
